Tuna Fest in Jelsa

organized an unforgettable culinary experience last weekend at the Wine Fair
- led by the most famous Croatian chef Zdravko Kalabrić they prepared a 200
kg tuna. The well-known top Chef shared his knowledge and enthusiasm with
his colleagues from Jelsa and their mutual outdoors cooking thrilled guests
in Jelsa.
With great interest of tourists and locals tuna has
become a star of the Wine Fair wine, which is traditionally held on the last
weekend of August in Jelsa on the island Hvar.
The two-day
celebration is accompanied by additional activities, live music and wine
tasting continuously until the early morning hours. Resort Fontana and Hotel
Zora took care about the ultimate dance party and cocktails in front of the
Municipal House, and proved once again that the hotels of the Adriatiq
